  Emegear NeXsplint Cervical Splint
  • Immobilizes in position of comfort
  • Greater degree of immobilization
  • Fits a broader range of patient sizes and types
  • Custom fit during application

Not just a C-collar requiring continuous support by the medic, the NeXsplint is a full cervical splint, acting as a force multiplier cervical stabilization in difficult to work location or when access to the patient is limited. The NeXsplint fits a broad range of patient sizes and types, eliminating the need for carrying multiple collars to make sure you have the right size. Because the NeXsplint can be custom fit during application, a minimum amount of patient movement is needed before the cervical spine is protected. These features make the NeXsplint the ideal choice for confined space rescue and wilderness rescue where patient access is difficult or personnel to help are not available. The compact model of the NeXsplint easily fits in most packs and comes vacuum sealed in a protective bag.
    Size folded: 14 ½ x 8 ½ in. (37 x 22 cm)

  •   LSP Miller Full Body Splint/Litter
We have used the "Miller Board" for years in our confined space classes and on rescues. Hook and loop straps allow rapid immobilization of a patient, yet is so secure and compact that the patient can easily be tipped and rolled to fit through tight or confined spaces or used if necessary for a vertical lift. Often we will use the Miller Board to extricate the patient, and then tie the board into a litter for the evacuation. Split leg design fits Stokes type litters and allows each leg to be secured separately.
