CMC Rescue School offers the following Open Enrollment Courses at locations throughout the country:

Applicant Right to Cancel and Tuition Refund Policy:
Notification of cancellation and any request for refund must be made in writing. If written notice of cancellation and request for a refund is received 45 days before the first day of class, CMC will refund the full tuition amount minus a $25 enrollment fee. For cancellations and requests for refunds received with less than a 45-day notice before the first day of the class, CMC will refund the full tuition amount minus a $100 enrollment fee. If the applicant transfers the enrollment to another person or if CMC is able to fill your space from the waiting list, the applicant will receive a full refund. This refund policy applies only when the tuition fee is paid by the applicant.
- An applicant providing written notification and a request for refund that is received by CMC 45 days prior to the first day of class will receive a refund check for the amount of the tuition less a $25 enrollment fee within 30 days of our receipt of the notice.
- An applicant providing written notification and a request for refund that is received by CMC less than 45 days prior to the first day of class and before the start of the first day of class will receive a refund check for the amount of the tuition less a $100 enrollment fee within 30 days of our receipt of the notice.
- An applicant providing written notification of the transfer of the enrollment to another applicant that has paid for the class and requests refund will receive a full refund of the tuition within 30 days of our receipt of notice.
- An applicant providing written notification and a request for a refund will receive a full refund of the tuition within 30 days of our receipt of the notice if CMC is able to fill the opening with an applicant from a waiting list for that class.
CMC Right to Cancel:
CMC retains the right to cancel a class at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event a class is cancelled, CMC is liable only for the full registration fee. Please keep this in mind when making additional commitments related to the class such as airplane, hotel, and car reservations—as CMC is not responsible for reimbursement of any such charges. In the event of cancellation, CMC will use its best efforts to give prompt notice.
Release of Liability:
Prior to the beginning of instruction all applicants will be required to complete a Class Registration Form and sign a Voluntary Release of Liability and Notice of Assumption of Risk. Legally Binding:
The terms of enrollment are legally binding when signed by the applicant and accepted by CMC Rescue.
CMC Rescue School is registered with the State of California. Registration means CMC has met certain minimum standards imposed by the state for the registered schools on the basis of our written application to the state. Registration does not mean we have met all of the more extensive standards required by the state for schools that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information we have submitted with our registration form. The following applies to students attending classes held within the state of California. CMC Rescue is not a participant in the Student Tuition Recovery Fund.

Student Disclosures:
CEC §94812:
Any written contract or agreement signed by a prospective student shall not become operative until the student attends the first class or session of instruction.
CEC §94822:
An institution, for all students, without penalty or obligation, shall refund 100 percent of the amount paid for the institutional charges, less a reasonable deposit or application fee not to exceed $100, if notice of cancellation is made prior to or on the first day of instruction. An institution shall advise each student than any notification of withdrawal or cancellation and any request for refund is required to be made in writing.
CEC §94823:
The institution shall provide written statement containing its refund policy, together with an example of the application of the policy, to each student prior to signing the enrollment contract, and shall make its policy known to currently enrolled students.
CEC §94824:
Payment of refunds is to be made within 30 days of determination of student withdrawal.
