Jim Frank honored at 2011 SPRAT Annual Conference
Three SPRAT (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) Charter Members were honored at this year's SPRAT Annual Conference. Jim Frank with CMC Rescue, Steve Hudson with Pigeon Mountain Industries, and Loui McCurley with PMI West were recognized at SPRAT's 2011 Annual Conference in Vancouver. Current SPRAT Board Members Matt Hudson and Scott Mohon presented them with plaques for their ongoing commitment to the organization and to the industry. Star Flight Rescue and CMC Rescue Inc
