Always look for the Label.
To meet or exceed the requirements of NFPA Standard 1983, the product must be listed by a third party certification organization, such as Underwriter Laboratories. Look for the label. If the product is not labeled in accordance with the certification requirements, then the product does not meet or exceed the requirements.
