Our new edge kit includes CMC’s 8-mm specialty cord with a breaking strength of 22 kN (4,946 lbf.), which provides nearly 50 feet of edge restraint when attached to a secure anchor. Connect the ProTech Auto-Lock Carabiner to an appropriate anchor, then use the included 5-mm Purcell Prusik with 7-mm Oval Quick Link to attach to your harness and you’ve got a sliding, adjustable personal anchor.
